Restoration Hardware is a luxury brand in the home furnishings marketplace offering furniture, lighting, textiles, bathware, décor, outdoor and garden, as well as baby & child products. RH operates an integrated business with multiple channels of distribution including Galleries, Source Books and websites.

RH operates galleries and outlets throughout the U.S. and Canada, while our Source Books and websites serve as virtual extensions and compelling tours of the brand. We currently publish Interiors, Small Spaces, Objects of Curiosity, Tableware, Outdoor and Baby & Child Source Books.

Home Office

We are based in Marin County, a short drive over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. Our culture attracts talented, creative people who are passionate about the work they do. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

Our offices are just two minutes from Highway 101, a pleasant reverse commute from the city, as well as an easy drive from the East Bay via the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. There's ample free parking outside the door.

Nearby you'll find numerous shops and restaurants, including our flagship gallery store in The Village at Corte Madera.

We update our postings weekly, and we make every effort to remove a posting as soon as the position has been filled.

 

What is the interview process with Restoration Hardware?

All resumes are reviewed by our recruiting department. If your skills and qualifications fit with one of our open positions, you will be contacted for an interview. In addition, your resume is entered into our database for our recruiters to access for future opportunities. If you are invited for an interview, you will meet with several different hiring leaders, which may require several visits to our campus.

 

How should I dress for my interview?

At our headquarters location, we are a business casual work environment.

 

How do I find out if there are any positions available in a specific store?

Each store is responsible for handling its own hiring needs. Placing the responsibility at the local level helps ensure we are hiring from the community. It also encourages a more personal interaction with store leadership.
